Biscuit Factory Distillery

In 2016, Edinburgh Gin opened the second distillery at a former biscuit factory in Leith. Here, the custom copper still Gin Jeanie has allowed to increase the production capacity to create and distill more of the award-winning gins. This is the largest, commercial distillery and currently tours are not offered here.
