Kimerud Distillery

Kimerud A.S. is a family owned distillery set on a farm dating back to 1785 in Lier, Norway. Using 22 botanicals, many of which are rooted in Viking history, and only pure mountain water post distillation, Master Distiller Ståle Johnsen crafts the award winning Kimerud Gin.

We are a proud recipient of the esteemed ITQI/International Taste & Quality Institute’s highest award of 3 stars for Superior gin.

Judged by a panel of leading chefs and sommeliers this top industry recognition has spurred us on to invest in a new German pot still, revise our label to further introduce the Kimerud gin story, and experiment with new spirits.
