MATTE Brennerei

At the center of the distillery is the 150 liter boiler. The matte absinthe and matte dry gin are burned in it. From processing the wormwood, to burning, to filling and labeling, all steps are done by hand. A certain quantity of our wormwood plants are grown in Bern, others come from the Val de Travers in Boveresse.

We also offer workshops, team events and tours on the subject of distillate production & tasting.
