We use a blend of seven botanicals to flavour our multi-award winning London Dry. The result is a deliciously smooth and aromatic Gin that belies its strength. Best served with quality Tonic, lemon and plenty of ice but also makes a fantastic Dry Martini.
Glorious Gin starts with New York State wheat, the spirit is then re-distilled in batches with one botanical at a time. This method captures the distinctive qualities of juniper, lemon peel, grapefruit peel, ginger and rosemary. Each resulting botanical spirit is blended together with more wheat spirit to create a distinctively layered spirit.
