Cotswolds Distillery

When Dan first found the site it was in a bit of a state – the shell of the two buildings were here but nothing else.

We set about restoring the buildings to working order, landscaping the grounds and then creating the region’s first full-scale distillery. We opened our doors in September 2014 and have welcomed visitors to the site every day since.
