The production of Macardo products follows the highest quality standards. This starts with the selection of raw materials in top quality, preferably from the region. We attach importance to producing only small quantities (small batch).

Nothing is automated here, everything is done by hand: from the distillation process through storage to bottling, labeling and packaging.
