CAPE TOWN Classic Dry

Our Cape Town Classic Dry gin pays homage to the gins first made centuries ago. We use the classic botanicals Juniper, dried orange peel, coriander, star anise, orris root, cardamom and cassia bark. Dried Rhino bush ( Elytropappus rhinocerotis ), a low growing plant indigenous and part of the Fynbos family is then added to the gin to create our very own African interpretation of a classic.
