Glendalough Spring Gin

This is a gin unlike any other. Each season we go out into the wilds of Wicklow and forage. We pick what grows and distill with it the very next day. The Spring gin is a fresh mix of young green shoots, wild botanical leaves and flowers. Nose Floral perfume of gorse flower, with grassy notes of sweet woodruff and dandelions with a touch of pine and birch sap Palate Faint coconut notes from the gorse flower and a little citrus from wood sorrel and sweet, fresh pine. Finish Warming, citrusy and long. A fresh youthful gin.
