INCEPTION – wine base

This wine/grape distilled gin is made from a low sulphur Chenin Blanc and has distinct floral and citrus notes. Very smooth, elegant, full bodied gin with a slight hint of jasmine and corainder on the palate. Light tones of buchu, rooibos and a hint of citrus can be picked up in the after taste. Drink on its own or add a dash of light tonic water, gooseberries and rosemary or a slice of grapefruit for a superb South African G&T.
