Starting with the processing of the botanicals for the slow maceration to the distilling in our Pot-Still, the weeks of storage and flavour settlement - all steps are done in dedicated detail work. The resting period of several weeks creates a powerful, round and soft tasting London Dry Gin.
The conscious decision to renounce the refrigeration and ice filtration has been made to maintain the exceptionally intense flavor of the Eisvôgel Gin. Every step - the label stickers, the branding of the corks, as well as the manual labeling of the bottles happens in loving detail in our manufactory.
