Ginepraio is 100% Organic Tuscan Dry Gin made of 7 botanicals - JUNIPER from 3 different Tuscan terroir - Chianti, Valtiberina and Maremma; and in addition to the classical CORIANDER, ANGELICA, LEMON and ORANGE, we have selected two other plants from our region: ROSA CANINA, a climbing, wild rose species, and HELYCHRISIUM, a wild plant that makes yellow flowers in July and grows on the Tyrrhenian coast and in Sardinia.

These 9 essences combined with our meticulous research and will to enhance the heritage of juniper growing in Tuscany has found a perfect symphony with its organoleptic character.
