GIN in a TIN - No.12

Inspired by the hip and trendy pumpkin spice lattes of Starbucks and classic pumpkin pie spices. We have created a warm sipping gin that can be mixed with tonic too if you wish. This blend has distinctive notes of fresh pumpkin, orange peel and nutmeg as well as many other botanicals centred around juniper to create a warming autumnal blend.

Tasting Notes

The Nose: Pumpkin sits at the forefront, with other spices coming through on the finish.

The Mouth: Opens with juniper, followed by softer pumpkin, vegetable/nutty notes and warming spices to conclude.

Serving Suggestions
We suggest serving as a classic G&T with a robust tonic like 1724 and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
