We tested another two versions of McHenrys gin from Tasmania / Australia. Both are well balanced, the summer gin is infused with some extra saffron and orange blossoms. We used I.Gasco indian tonic which is very smooth and not too bitter. Afterwards We would use the mediterranean fevertree with the summee edition. Cheers & Stay save !
