WILD CHILD

The basis for our Wild Child Gin is the basic distillate that we produce for our Sash & Fritz vodka. A particularly fine, soft and creamy brandy is distilled from German wheat using classic and some special work steps known from winemaking. We let the different botanicals macerate one after the other at different temperatures. We take great care in the subsequent distillation and regularly check the temperature and the resulting distillate. We have copied the development of the aroma and taste structure of our Wild Child Gin from successful perfumers.

We have placed three top notes on complex base and middle notes. These are Earl Gray tea, rosemary, and bergamot. These top notes, together with the juniper and other herbal impressions, balance together to provide a fresh, earthy, and somewhat wild flavour profile.
